1. How do I receive my invoice & when is the amount debited?


You receive your invoice directly from us by e-mail, only a delivery slip is enclosed with the package. The invoice amount is debited from your credit card when your order is being dispatched.

2. How secure is the order?


Note: Your login is transmitted in encrypted form (128-bit SSL encryption) and saved on secured servers, so that your personal data is secure. For security reasons we recommend you not to give your password to third parties.

3. Payment methods


We offer the following payments methods:



Payment in advance

As soon as we receive your transfer, we prepare your package for shipment. We wait a maximum of 7 days for the reception of your transfer. Afterwards we cancel your order and the reserved goods are released again. Exception: Fresh articles are only reserved for you after receipt of payment. Please note: Transfers (also online) can require 1-3 business days. In addition, one working day must be added for our internal processing. Therefore we advise you against payment in advance for urgent orders. If an article is not available, we will reimburse the amount onto your bank account within 14 days.



Credit card

We accept Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club. We need the following data from you: Card number, expiry date, credit card company, as well as the verification number of your credit card. The verification number is a three-digit number on your card in the case of Eurocard/Mastercard, Diners Club, Visa, respectively a four-digit number for American Express. This number guarantees payment security on the Internet. We only debit your credit card with the invoice amount upon shipment of the goods.




PayPal

By paying with PayPal, you are directly transferred to Paypal's website. Log in with your data and confirm the payment process. Your PayPal account is debited immediately. If an article is not available, we will reimburse the amount onto your PayPal account within 14 days.



Note:

In order to be able to offer you favourable prices permanently, we must minimise our credit risk. For this reason, we reserve the right to offer you a different payment method as the one chosen by you for your order. We obtain information regarding your previous payment history and credit rating from CEG Creditreform Consumer GmbH, Hellersbergstr. 11, 41460 Neuss.

4. Credit card security

We are not aware of any case of credit card abuse as a result of a purchase with us.
